“I was looking at some baby items on your site and saw that you have the Control Scan seal. That’s great but I didn’t see a business verification or security seal anywhere (please excuse me if I just missed them).

As a consumer, I also look for trust seals and third party verification from Trust-Guard or other companies like Hacker Safe and the Better Business Bureau.

People in the forums and others I talk to all look for trust seals when they shop. We need to know that shopping on your site is safe and that your business has actually been verified by a third party. Who knows, it may even help increase your sales.

We perceived this email as a legitimate customer concern. We have been exploring different options from Hacker safe to PayPal, (which we currently use) etc. After further research and the world according to Google, we have found that Shannon Tuke has dropped this same message on other businesses and forums. Could this person be an affiliate for Trust-Guard? Introducing our brand new model Priscilla. She will soon be gracing our website in Happy Panda gear. This is the fourth child for Happy Panda clothing owner Pamela Kramer. Priscilla was born 8/19/08 at 12:25 am. She weighed in at 7 pounds 1.4 ounces and 19.5 inches long. She is much smaller than her older brothers but we are curious to see what her growth rate will be. We couldn’t be happier about our newest member of the Happy Panda gang. Welcome little one!
