@TwinHappyJen aka Jennifer Miller is the owner of the blog Twin Happy Twitter. She is a parent of twins looking for other parents who have twins and are members of Twitter. We love to dress twins! We carry a cute gown and bib set for a new baby.  In order to reduce the cost of 3rd party mandatory testing for phthlates we are giving three of these sets away for the carnival. We have investigated the digestive testing and this particular set would cost $1,350.00 to test for lead and phthlates. It isn’t possible for us to absorb that kind of cost at this time and we will no longer carry these gowns or bibs.
